What does it mean to me to be a Decider?

Is the emphasis on the people, or the issue? Deciders emphasize the people IP says *the people* don’t understand meEJ says *the people* should get on the same page When an IP encounters a problem, they might spend a long time figuring it out. But once they figure it out they can’t get others to
